Are newborn photos worth it?
Let's face it, the first few weeks with a newborn can be hectic. During our session, you can relax and enjoy the experience knowing that every precious moment is being expertly captured. From scheduling the session all the way to selecting the perfect prints, I'll take care of every detail, allowing you to focus on what matters most - bonding with your baby.
Wether you choose to have your newborn photo session in my Syracuse Studio or a laid back session in your home, I will provide everything we need. From props and swaddles, to dresses and toddler clothing. I've got you covered and I'll help in every way I can!

Before Your Newborn Session
After you reach out, you'll choose a time that works for you for a quick phone call. We'll go over any questions you have and I can get an idea of what you're envisioning for your session. I'll send your client guide, questionnaire and loads of other goodies to help prepare you

During Your Session
We'll have an AMAZING session! I'll give you prompts and pose you in a way that feels authentic to who you are. We'll move around the space to get variation and different perspectives, while you love on your family and embrace this moment in your life.

After Your Session
I will deliver all of your gorgeous edited photos in an online gallery. You'll then choose your favorite images to download and keep forever! You'll also get a peek at my online store with loads of personalized photo products to help display your art work.

Frequently asked questions
ARE YOU WILLING TO TRAVEL?
Absolutely! There may be a travel fee at the standard mileage rate if you're outside 30 miles from Liverpool, NY.
Do you offer digital files and print products?
Yes I do. Each package comes with a certain number of digital file downloads and I have an online store to order prints and products.
What time of day are your newborn sessions?
I typically hold my newborn session mid-morning on weekdays. If you have a conflict with the times available, early afternoon is often available. I find mid-morning is the perfect time for babies and siblings alike though!
What if my older children are losing interest or not listening?
I have extensive experience with working with children of all ages, and understand it's hard to hold the interest of young kiddos. That's why I work sibling photos into the beginning of the session while excitement is still high. If possible, I suggest having a friend or family member present to help with siblings when they're done while we continue with baby and parent shots. It always alleviates stress when you're not concerned with your older children and allows you to be present with your newest addition.
What if my baby is crying and won't fall asleep?
Working with newborns - this is a high probability. I'm very good with settling newborns, but with that being said, if your newborn isn't sleepy you'll still get super adorable cuddly photos. Newborn images don't have to be a certain way. We just want to document this amazing moment in your life.
